Description
Finance Manager is responsible for All
financial functions including bookkeeping,
accounts payables and receivables, ledgers,
budgets, grant reporting/tr acking and payroll.
Manager will use QuickBooks software Pro
2012 Non-Profit Edition. Development of an
annual budget and oversee monthly
compliance to the budget. Preparation and
submission of all federal and state reporting
requirements. Oversee Human Resources files
and documentation. Manage clerical and
receptionist support to bustling office with six
to eight full-time employees and volunteers
servi ng twenty to thirty young adults in a
youth development program. The Finance
Manager will assist the YCC Board Treasurer
and reports to the Executive Director.
Mandatory Job Qualifications
Experience: Completion of a four year degree
with a preferred major in accounting or
finance. Four years relevant experience in non-
profit accounting or finance. Ability to
establish and maintain effective working
relationships with various individuals in social
service agencies, private corporations,
government, community agencies and media.
Strong accounting, written and verbal
communication skills are essential. Knowledge
of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint
and QuickBooks software. Working knowledge
of QuickBooks software Pro 2012 Non-Profit
Edition is required.
