Qualifications,
Skills and Experience:

The Technical
Helpdesk Operators should at least hold a Diploma in IT, Computer Science or any
related qualification.
·
Ability to communicate fluently in English
·
Call centre or customer service experience will be
an added advantage
·
Excellent telephonic manner
·
Working knowledge in Computer Hardware, Operating
Systems, Networking.and Internet Connectivity Mediums,
·
Proven and excellent working knowledge of MS Word
and MS Excel
·
Excellent communication Skills / Conflict
Management
·
Team Membership ability
·
Personal Leadership / Ability to self-motivate /
·
Organisational and Administrative skills
·
Ability to prioritise and multi-task
