Job Summary:
The Institute Secretary will support the Principal in the provision of day- to-day administrative support services to the Institute and to ensure implementation of Government and Governing Council policies, plans, programmes and projects
Job Requirements:
· Actively facilitate and ensure effective implementation of Government and Governing Council’s policies and resolutions.
· Facilitate and ensure effective implementation of the Institute’s Human Resources Management policies and procedures in accordance with the relevant laws and guidelines.
· Manage and present periodic reports on the utilization of the Institute’s estates, facilities, and assets.
Qualifications:
· The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Master’s Degree in a Management related field obtained from a recognized University or Training Institution.
· Possession of a post graduate qualification in Administrative Law obtained from a recognized University or Training Institution is added advantage.
· At least nine years’ experience, three (3) of which should have been at the level of Principal Officer, Scale U2 in a recognized University or Tertiary Institution.
