b. To Increase No of Dealer and Distributor Base
c. Training and development
3 Internal Process Perspective
a. Brand Registration.
b. Product certification and patents
c. Internal Reporting Systems
d. New business prospect, New Product Development and R & D feed back
4 Learning and Growth perspective
a. a) Empowerment, reward & recognition etc.
b. b) Sustain the talent - low  attrition rate.
c. c) Enhancement of Skill and Competence of People.
